You name a chord ( C ) and specify what kind of chord it is ( major ) with the keypad and ChordLab will spit out the correct spelling in a couple of ways. It will correctly use music notation with the right accidentials. It will give you the names of the individual notes. But that is not all! ChordLab 1.0 does inversions right on your screen.
